Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end event production for London-based conferences, product launches, and experiential campaigns
  • Own client briefings, project scoping, and timeline management from concept to delivery
  • Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, and production partners to secure best-in-class services
  • Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost control
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (creative, logistics, marketing, operations) to execute seamless events
  • Manage on-site operations, risk assessment, health and safety compliance, and contingency planning
  • Provide post-event evaluation, reporting, and actionable insights for client growth

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in event management with proven success delivering large-scale events in corporate or agency settings
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets up to £500k+ and track ROI
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication
  • Proven project leadership skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight timelines
