As a hands-on Event Manager, you will lead end-to-end event productionâfrom concept through on-site deliveryâwith a relentless focus on client satisfaction, measurable results, and flawless execution.
What youâll do is bring ideas to life, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with top venues and vendors to deliver elevated experiences that resonate with audiences and drive ROI.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event planning for 15-30 events per year, including conferences, galas, and experiential activations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Source and negotiate with venues, AV providers, caterers, decor, and transportation to deliver premium experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to define objectives, audience profiles, and success metrics; ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee on-site operations, run-of-show creation, speaker coordination, registration, and risk management.
- Provide post-event reporting, analyze feedback, and implement improvements for future events.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; manage incident response if needed.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in event management for corporate or agency environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Budget management experience and vendor negotiation skills to maximize ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Extensive vendor and venue relationships; ability to source unique venues and innovative experiences.
- Proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo) and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and composure under pressure on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
