You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from concept through execution and post-event analysis, delivering premium experiences that align with client goals and brand standards.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, select venues, coordinate vendors, and ensure flawless on-site execution. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end event lifecycle from concept to post-event evaluation, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules to deliver on value and impact
- Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, and suppliers, optimizing quality and cost
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals, branding, and lead generation
- Oversee on-site execution, staffing, registration, and attendee experience to ensure a seamless event day
- Coordinate logistics, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with safety, permits, accessibility, and venue policies
- Measure success with KPIs, post-event reporting, and actionable insights for continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, preferably corporate or large-scale events
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract review skills
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management abilities
- On-site event management experience; comfortable with travel and variable schedules
- Proficiency with event management software, CRM, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with platforms such as Cvent or Eventbrite is a plus
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
