Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the Chairman to join our growing team in Makati City. In this high-visibility, strategic support role, you will partner closely with the Chairman to optimize executive time, drive critical operations, and enable effective decision-making across the organization.
As the right-hand support, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare briefing materials, and ensure all communications are timely, accurate, and professional. This role requires discretion, professional judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Manage the Chairman's complex calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize commitments to maximize time efficiency.
- Screen and route incoming requests, draft correspondence, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Prepare board packs, meeting minutes, and post-meeting follow-ups with clear action items.
- Serve as a trusted liaison with senior leaders, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Support special projects, research, data collection, and performance reporting as needed.
- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and engagements that support executive goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar senior administrative role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional business etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong calendar and email management abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment in Makati.
