Turn audience data into actionable insights that shape media strategy. As an Executive Audience Insights professional with EMAPTA, you will be onsite in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, enjoying a day shift with weekends off while collaborating with a high-performing analytics team.
In this role, you will translate complex signals from CRM, web analytics, advertising platforms, and market research into clear, data-driven recommendations that optimize media plans, content resonance, and ROI. You will design and maintain dashboards and reports that track audience performance across channels, identify meaningful segments, and monitor campaign effectiveness in real time.
The position emphasizes close collaboration with Marketing, Media, and Product teams to shape strategies, allocate budgets, and communicate insights through concise storytelling. You will present findings to senior stakeholders, advocate for data-informed decisions, and ensure data quality and governance throughout the analytics lifecycle. Responsibility
- Translate audience data into actionable insights for media strategy and campaign optimization.
- Design, maintain, and present dashboards and reports that track audience performance across channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Media, and Product teams to shape data-driven strategies and budget allocation.
- Conduct multi-source analyses (CRM, web analytics, ad data) to identify segments, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Provide compelling storytelling and executive-level presentations with clear recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to privacy standards in all analytics work.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the analytics roadmap to scale insights.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver insights on time to inform campaign planning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in audience insights, data analytics, or market research, preferably in media or advertising.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI, SQL; Python or R a plus).
- Experience with media planning, campaign optimization, and ROI measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executives.
- Ability to work onsite in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila; day shift; weekends off.
- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards and data governance practices.
