Join FWD Malaysia as an Executive, Brand & Communications, where you will shape and elevate our brand voice across Malaysia. You will plan, articulate, and execute integrated brand and communications campaigns that resonate with customers, partners, and employees. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and hands-on delivery across multiple channels including digital, social, media, influencer partnerships, events, and internal communications.
As a key contributor within the Marketing & Communications team, you will collaborate with product, regional marketing, and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging, compelling creative, and measurable outcomes. You will monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory considerations to protect and enhance FWD's reputation in Malaysia's dynamic financial services landscape. You should be comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and quality.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand and communications campaigns across digital, social, media, events, and experiential channels.
- Define brand strategy, positioning, and messaging in collaboration with product and regional teams.
- Manage media relations, press materials, crisis communications, and influencer partnerships to secure earned coverage.
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, email, social, and multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and vendor partnerships; monitor ROI and performance metrics.
- Drive internal communications and employee advocacy to foster a cohesive brand culture.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management and integrated communications, preferably in insurance or financial services in Malaysia.
- Proven track record developing and executing successful campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time and on budget.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and media partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and tools; knowledge of SEO, social media, and content optimization.
