Responsibility

  • Lead and manage daily kitchen operations across all services, ensuring top-tier quality and consistency.
  • Develop seasonal menus, maintain recipe books, and control kitchen costs without compromising flavor.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and apprentices; oversee performance and scheduling.

Qualification
