Responsibility

  • Standardize recipes, oversee portion control, and manage costing to maintain profitability.
  • Maintain rigorous food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.

Qualification

  • 8+ years in traditional or cultural cuisine with leadership experience as a head chef or sous chef in upscale settings.
