Responsibility
- Develop and implement engagement strategies aimed at executive stakeholders to drive retention and loyalty.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, management, and tracking of media campaigns for sustained engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal leadership to align messaging and campaign goals with organizational vision.
- Analyze client and executive feedback to continuously optimize engagement approaches.
- Design and facilitate high-impact events and initiatives targeting key executives and partners.
- Prepare and present insightful reports on campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Actively research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhanced executive outreach.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in executive engagement, stakeholder management, or similar roles within a media or marketing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional executive presence.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Results-driven professional with a passion for client success and relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital engagement tools.
- Experience with event management or large-scale campaign coordination is a plus.
