Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the administration of research grants and academic programmes within the school
- Support faculty members and research staff in the preparation and submission of grant proposals and academic reports
- Manage deadlines, budget tracking, and compliance with relevant government and institutional policies
- Assist in organising research seminars, workshops, and related academic events
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and government agencies
- Maintain accurate and updated records of research activities, awards, and reporting materials
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new researchers and administrative staff
- Ensure the timely submission of all administrative and regulatory documentation
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in academic, research, or government administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with keen attention to administrative accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative systems
- Proactive, independent, and able to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with academic grant administration and government compliance is an advantage
