Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex itineraries to optimize time and priorities.
- Prepare and edit documents, agendas, emails, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and expense reporting.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screen calls, and maintain professional correspondence.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
- Support office administration tasks to ensure seamless daily operations and client satisfaction.
Qualification
- 2+ years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
