Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, answer inquiries, and direct calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize logistics for internal and external events.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain filing systems, and oversee document control and record retention.
- Process invoices, monitor expense reports, and coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Support onboarding, timesheet collection, and HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for staff as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment in compliance with policies.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve processes and response times.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or executive support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Experience with records management and basic finance tasks such as invoicing is a plus.
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
