NovaTech Executive Support is seeking a proactive and polished Executive Secretary to join our NYC office. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring seamless administrative support for senior leaders and teams.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and reimbursements; manage expense reporting.
- Administer document control, filing, and confidential records with strict privacy.
- Plan and coordinate board meetings, committees, and town halls; take accurate minutes.
- Screen calls and emails; draft professional responses and route to stakeholders.
- Liaise with vendors, facilities, IT, and HR to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualification
- 3+ years of secretarial or administrative support experience, preferably in corporate settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Excellent calendar and email management with strong organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Professional demeanor, customer service mindset, and team orientation.
