Responsibility
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare, proofread, and format high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, calls, and requests
- Organize and maintain confidential files and important records
- Support executives with expense reports and budget tracking
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Provide professional front-line reception for clients, partners, and visitors
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
