Responsibility
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, monitor inbox, and respond as appropriate.
- Assist with event planning, board meetings, and note-taking/minutes when required.
- Support cross-functional teams with logistics, document control, and project support.
- Administer office supplies, facilities requests, and vendor relationships.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience.
- 3+ years of secretarial or administrative support to executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
