Responsibility

- Coordinate internal and external communications with a professional tone and prompt responses.
- Oversee meeting logistics, room bookings, AV setup, and virtual conference arrangements.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in secretarial or administrative support.
- At least 3 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
