Responsibility
- Develop, plan, and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify key opportunities and areas for brand development.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize digital and traditional marketing channels to maximise brand visibility and ROI.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets and expenditures.
- Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Innovate new ideas for promotions, packaging, and product launches to elevate brand image.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG or food & beverage industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning, and market segmentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
