Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Executive, Sourcing to lead strategic procurement initiatives across our manufacturing and logistics operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize the end-to-end supply chain. You will drive value by developing robust sourcing programs, establishing supplier relationships, and negotiating favorable contracts that align with business goals.
As a key member of our procurement team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations, finance, and logistics to translate demand into actionable sourcing plans. You will leverage market intelligence, supplier performance data, and risk assessment to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvements, and supply resilience. The role requires operational rigor, ethical procurement practices, and a bias for data-driven decision making to maintain continuous supply while controlling total cost of ownership.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing programs across assigned categories to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
- Manage and evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier development, and build a robust supplier base.
- Lead contract negotiations and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable commercial and compliance outcomes.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and logistics teams to align sourcing activity with business goals.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, and total cost of ownership improvements.
- Monitor market trends, supplier risk, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and minimal stockouts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, ideally in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and advanced Excel data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and supplier improvements while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
