FNA Group International is seeking a detail oriented Export Coordinator with a strong administrative mindset and advanced Excel skills to support export operations and pricing analysis across our growing international network. This role blends logistics coordination with data-driven pricing to help us deliver competitive offers while ensuring compliant, timely shipments.
As an Export Coordinator you will partner with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, generate essential export documentation, and monitor the end-to-end shipment process. You will analyze cost components, margins, and market data to inform pricing decisions that support profitability and customer satisfaction. Your Excel expertise will power dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc profitability analyses, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.

What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day export shipments, carrier communications, and required documentation to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Compile, analyze, and report pricing data, cost components, discounts, and margins to support pricing strategies.
- Prepare and verify proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other export documents.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customs brokers to track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP and Excel dashboards; create pivot tables and reports for management review.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, Incoterms, tariff classifications, and export controls across multiple markets.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and price negotiation efforts related to international shipments.
Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in export coordination, pricing analysis, or logistics in manufacturing or trading environments.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent administrative, data-entry, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of import/export documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
