Job description
We are seeking an Export Customer Service Officer with a focus on Airfreight to join our team at Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily export shipments, including quoting and invoicing, as well as attending to phone calls from customers. Responsibility
- Manage daily export shipments
- Provide quotes and invoices to customers
- Handle phone calls from customers
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with resolving any customer issues or concerns
Qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Knowledge of airfreight operations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
