Join Venchi Italian Chocolate & Gelato at Bluebell Group as an F&B Retail Associate in Orchard, Singapore. This role blends premium product knowledge with warm, high touch service to deliver memorable guest experiences for shoppers seeking luxury chocolate and gelato.
You will be the brand ambassador on the shop floor, guiding guests through Venchi's iconic collections, sharing tasting notes, and helping customers discover the perfect treat or gift. You will work closely with your team to maintain a pristine storefront, manage stock, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibility
- Provide warm, personalized service to every customer, identify needs, and recommend Venchi products that best meet their preferences.
- Present and sample Venchi chocolates and gelato, explain flavors, ingredients, and dietary options to customers.
- Process sales on the POS, handle payments, balance cash, and issue receipts with accuracy.
- Upsell premium product bundles and gift sets to increase average order value.
- Maintain store presentation, sanitize displays, rotate stock, and ensure product availability on shelves.
- Assist with stock reception, inventory checks, and close collaboration with the store team during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensure proper handling of gelato and chocolate products, and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualification
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Ability to speak English clearly; additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Good numeracy and basic cash handling or POS experience.
- Passion for premium foods, chocolate, and gelato; eager to learn and share product knowledge.
- Team player with reliability, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
