Sagility is seeking a proactive Facilities Associate Manager to support our client’s business operations in Bohol, Central Visayas. This role blends facilities management, administrative support, and vendor coordination to keep the workplace safe, organized, and productive.

As part of our operations team, you will oversee day-to-day facilities activities, ensure regulatory compliance, manage service providers, and collaborate with IT, HR, and facilities staff to deliver a superior employee experience. You will contribute to space planning, asset management, budget tracking, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate and supervise daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and office services to ensure a safe and functional workplace.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Oversee safety programs, regulatory compliance, emergency procedures, and incident reporting for the site.
  • Support space planning, office moves, asset tracking, and inventory management for office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Assist with administrative functions such as mail handling, reception support, visitor management, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support budgeting activities, track expenses, and process invoices related to facilities, maintenance, and services.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations to resolve facilities related issues that impact productivity and employee experience.
  • Lead small improvement projects to optimize workspace efficiency and user experience.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of facilities management, admin operations, or related experience in a corporate or BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance; ability to implement policies and audit procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Proven vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across IT, HR, facilities, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency with facilities software, space planning tools, and standard MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment and travel to other sites if required.
