Lumina Arts Collective is seeking a proactive Fine Arts Program Manager to lead exhibitions, artist residencies, education programs, and community outreach. You will collaborate with curators, educators, and partners to deliver high-impact programs that inspire audiences of all ages.

In this role, you will oversee project planning, vendor management, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication. You will be trusted to steward relationships with galleries, museums, schools, and community centers while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within all programs.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end planning for exhibitions, artist residencies, and education programs from concept to installation.

  • Cultivate partnerships with galleries, museums, schools, and community organizations to expand programming reach.
  • Coordinate curatorial teams, installation crews, and safety compliance for gallery spaces.
  • Develop fundraising strategies, write grants, and steward donor relationships to secure revenue streams.
  • Lead audience engagement initiatives, marketing campaigns, and data-driven evaluation of impact.
  • Oversee recruitment, on-site supervision, and professional development for program staff and interns.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Museum Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in arts programming, curation, or gallery management.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary art practices, with proven track record of successful exhibitions.
  • Experience with budget management, fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
