Join Lumen Arts Collective, a premier nonprofit dedicated to advancing contemporary fine arts in New York City. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Fine Arts Program Manager to lead exhibitions, educational programs, and community partnerships that inspire diverse audiences.
In this role, you will develop and manage the annual program calendar and budget, collaborate with curators, educators, artists, and partners, and oversee logistics from installation to public programming. You will also lead grant writing, sponsorship outreach, and donor relations to sustain high impact projects.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage the annual Fine Arts program calendar and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with curators, educators, artists, and external partners to design exhibitions and public programs.
- Oversee logistics for installations, tours, talks, and community outreach events.
- Lead grant writing, reporting, and sponsorship outreach to secure diversified funding.
- Recruit, train, and supervise program coordinators, interns, and volunteers.
- Evaluate program impact through data collection, surveys, and KPIs; prepare reports for leadership and funders.
- Ensure accessibility, safety, and compliance with all venue standards and legal requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Museum Studies, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of arts programming, gallery management, or nonprofit experience.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and grant-writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience coordinating diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with audience development, education programs, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with arts management software and standard productivity tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
