Responsibility
- Operate as a First Officer in a safe and compliant manner under the supervision of the Captain on scheduled and charter flights.
- Review flight plans, weather, performance data, fuel requirements, and weight and balance prior to each flight.
- Conduct preflight, in flight, and post flight checks; monitor aircraft systems and flight instruments; manage workload efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with air traffic control and crew; maintain CRM and effective teamwork in all phases of flight.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, FAA regulations, and safety management system processes.
- Participate in recurrent training, simulator sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Assist with flight planning, operational risk assessments, and incident reporting as required.
- Support a positive passenger experience and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualification
- FAA issued Commercial Pilot License with Multi Engine Rating; ATP certification or eligibility preferred within 12 months.
- Minimum of 1,500 total flight hours; IFR rating; current medical certificate (First Class preferred).
- Strong communication, decision making, and CRM skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with modern jet aircraft and automated flight decks is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. passport for international travel; flexibility for variable schedules and relocation to Los Angeles area.
