Responsibility
- Oversee and manage multiple fleet accounts to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare detailed reports on fleet activities, costs, and client feedback for management review.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for account expansion.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Resolve operational or service issues swiftly to maintain high service quality and client retention.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Proficient in MS Office and fleet management software is an advantage.
