Responsibility
- Provide safe, professional, and welcoming service to all passengers from boarding to arrival.
- Conduct pre flight safety checks, briefings, and ensure cabin readiness for departure.
- Demonstrate safety equipment and enforce security procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver meal and beverage service, assist passengers with special requests, and manage accessibility needs.
- Monitor cabin conditions and respond to passenger needs with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage in-flight medical situations and emergency procedures using approved protocols.
- Collaborate with pilots, senior crew, and ground staff to ensure smooth operations and a consistent brand experience.
- Adhere to airline policies, safety regulations, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times.
Qualification
- Minimum 21 years old; eligibility to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
- Diploma or equivalent; hospitality or aviation training is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- 2+ years in hospitality, aviation, or customer service environment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements and pass medical and background checks; comfortable with long shifts and lifting up to 15 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to travel on international routes.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
