Responsibility
- Provide outstanding safety demonstrations, pre-flight briefings, and in-flight service to passengers.
- Attend to passenger needs with empathy while ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the flight.
- Operate safety equipment, respond to in-flight incidents, and coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist medical or vulnerable passengers with professionalism and care; manage medical emergencies per protocol.
- Deliver post-flight reports and ensure accurate documentation of incidents and service metrics.
- Represent the airline with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of cabin crew or equivalent high-end hospitality experience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, or Hindi) are a plus.
- Valid cabin crew license or equivalent certification; ability to obtain UAE work authorization.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong physical fitness, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and international travel.
