Responsibility
- Greet passengers, assist with seating, luggage, and cabin comfort while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
- Demonstrate safety procedures, conduct pre flight checks, and ensure readiness of cabin equipment.
- Deliver high quality in flight service including meals, beverages, and amenities with attention to detail.
- Address passenger needs and resolve issues with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Monitor cabin environment, manage aisles and galleys, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct post flight reporting, inventory checks, and debrief with crew and ground staff.
- Represent the brand through exceptional customer service on domestic and international routes.
Qualification
- Minimum age 18 with valid passport for international travel
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or aviation
- Ability to stand for long periods and travel across time zones
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and calm under pressure
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mandatory medical examination and clear background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in first aid or safety procedures is a plus
