Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety by conducting pre-flight checks, securing cabin, and demonstrating safety procedures.
- Deliver high-quality in-flight service, meals, and beverages with a focus on guest comfort.
- Respond to passenger needs, resolve conflicts, and manage medically-related incidents with professionalism.
- Coordinate with crew and cockpit for safe, on-time operations and emergency readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cabin, galley, and lavatories.
- Assist passengers with special needs and ensure compliance with airline policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide pre- and post-flight briefings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Represent the airline with courtesy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of cabin crew or hospitality experience; airline experience preferred.
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation, First Aid or CPR certification.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- UAE-based work authorization or ability to obtain; willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physical fitness to meet regulatory requirements and long-duty flights; ability to lift 15-20 kg.
- Friendly, professional appearance and strong teamwork mindset.
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and ability to perform under pressure.
