Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with regulatory procedures; demonstrate equipment usage and perform pre flight checks.
- Deliver in flight service including meals, beverages, and amenities to passengers with courtesy and efficiency.
- Lead safety briefings and assist with emergency procedures as trained.
- Assist passengers with special needs and manage conflicts calmly and professionally.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, inventory, and restocking of supplies between flights.
- Coordinate with crew and ground staff to support on time departures and arrivals.
- Remain calm and responsive during medical or security incidents, applying first aid when necessary.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or aviation training preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality, customer service, or aviation environments.
- Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays and travel on international routes.
- Strong physical stamina for long periods of standing and moving in cabin environments.
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally; eligibility to work in the United States.
- Certification in first aid or safety training preferred.
