Responsibility
- Lead safety demonstrations, pre-flight checks, and cabin readiness to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
- Provide world-class in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, comfort amenities, and passenger assistance.
- Assist passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, and multilingual requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor cabin environment, manage inventory, and coordinate with crew to maintain service standards on all routes.
- Handle medical emergencies with first aid, follow standard operating procedures, and communicate with flight deck as required.
- Enforce safety regulations and airline policies while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Complete post-flight reports, debriefs, and inventory reconciliation; participate in ongoing training and performance improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or aviation-related field preferred.
- Valid cabin crew certificate or equivalent aviation safety training; up-to-date medical clearance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Indonesian, or other) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to de-escalate conflicts and provide excellent guest experiences.
- Physical fitness to perform crew duties, pass medical assessments, and meet job requirements; ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore, work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night flights.
- Authorized to work in Singapore and able to travel internationally without restrictions.
