Responsibility
- Provide exceptional passenger service from pre flight to arrival, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Demonstrate safety and security procedures for all cabin crew and passengers
- Conduct safety briefings and assist with evacuations and brace positions as required
- Ensure cabin readiness, seating, hygiene, and product presentations prior to each flight
- Assist passengers with special needs, medical situations, and in flight service requests
- Respond promptly to in flight announcements, handle conflicts, and maintain discretion in sensitive situations
- Collaborate with fellow crew and ground staff to maintain on time performance and effective operations
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cabin crew, hospitality, or a related field
- Valid Cabin Crew or Safety training certificate recognized by the aviation authority
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and situational awareness
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 kg, and meet medical fitness requirements
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
