Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized service to all passengers from boarding to deplaning
- Ensure passenger safety by adhering to safety procedures and demonstrating emergency equipment usage
- Assist with pre flight briefings, safety demonstrations, and cabin preparation
- Provide accurate information and respond calmly to passenger needs and concerns
- Coordinate with the cockpit crew and ground team to manage arrivals, delays, and special requests
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and cleanliness standards in seating areas and galleys
- Support efficient boarding, de-boarding, and in-flight service while managing dynamic cabin conditions
- Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity on international routes
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages highly valued
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally and stay for extended periods
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and medical exam
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfort with standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing safety procedures
