Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout all flight operations, applying standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.
- Conduct preflight checks, briefings, and cabin preparation to uphold service standards and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver high quality inflight service including meal and beverage service, amenities, and personalized guest attention.
- Respond to guest needs with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity while maintaining discretion.
- Coordinate with pilots, purser, and ground staff to manage in flight operations and promptly resolve disruptions.
- Administer basic first aid and assist passengers with medical needs within certification limits.
- Prepare and handle safety equipment, participate in drills, and ensure cabin readiness for landing and disembarkation.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or aviation certification preferred.
- Valid cabin crew certification and demonstrated safety training compliance.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; aviation or luxury hospitality background highly valued.
- Excellent written and spoken English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform duties during long flights; ability to lift and move equipment as required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance; willingness to relocate to base if required.
