Responsibility
- Greet passengers and ensure a warm, professional cabin atmosphere
- Deliver high quality in-flight service including meals, beverages, and comfort assistance
- Ensure passenger safety by executing pre-flight checks and safety demonstrations
- Respond to medical or passenger needs with empathy and swift action
- Coordinate with crew and pilots to manage cabin operations and delays
- Manage cabin inventory, service standards, and cleanliness throughout flight
- Handle difficult situations with discretion and conflict resolution
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous
- Valid passport and ability to work in Singapore; willingness to travel internationally
- Certified Safety Training and first aid knowledge; CPR is a plus
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, holidays; international travel readiness
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle medical or emergency situations
