As a Flight Attendant, you will ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction from pre-flight to arrival. This role requires a polished presence, guest-focused mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibility
- Greet passengers, verify cabin readiness and equipment before departure.
- Perform in-flight safety demonstrations and enforce safety procedures.
- Provide high-quality in-flight service including meals, beverages, and duty-free offerings.
- Attend to passenger needs, comfort and wellness including special assistance when required.
- Monitor cabin for comfort, safety, and security; handle medical or operational incidents with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the lead crew and purser to ensure timely service and safety compliance.
- Manage emergencies calmly and assist with orderly evacuations if required.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or airline cabin crew; formal cabin crew training preferred.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Hindi are a plus.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand long hours, lift and carry luggage as needed.
- Knowledge of safety, first aid, and CPR; training provided if required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays; available for international routes.
- Team player with the ability to remain composed under pressure and resolve conflicts calmly.
