Responsibility
- Ensure safety and security of passengers and cabin crew through pre-flight checks, safety briefings, and adherence to SOPs.
- Provide world-class in-flight service in all cabin classes, including meals, beverages, and duty-free service.
- Assist passengers with special needs, medical situations, and cabin requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate boarding, cabin preparation, and post-flight duties to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Respond to in-flight contingencies with composure, including turbulence, medical events, and security concerns.
- Maintain a pristine cabin environment reflecting brand standards; manage inventory and onboard equipment.
- Collaborate with pilots, purser, and ground staff to ensure seamless operations and accurate paperwork.
- Represent the airline with courtesy and cultural sensitivity on a global stage.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Korean, etc.) are a plus.
- 1-3 years of cabin crew or front-line hospitality/customer service experience.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally; willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Physical requirements: able to meet medical and vision standards, able to swim, and able to carry/ move lightweight cabin equipment.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation consistent with brand standards.
- Team player with high adaptability and a positive attitude under pressure.
