Responsibility
- Provide exemplary in-flight service and passenger assistance from boarding to landing
- Demonstrate safety procedures, use of safety equipment, and emergency readiness
- Deliver multilingual customer service to diverse passengers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with crew and passengers
- Handle cabin ambiance, meal and beverage service, and per-row special requests
- Ensure cabin cleanliness and compliance with regulatory and airline standards
- Assist passengers with special needs and coordinate with ground staff as required
- Document and report safety incidents or irregularities promptly
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality, service, or flight attendant experience
- Height and reach requirements to operate aircraft safety equipment
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Hindi) are a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult situations
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current certifications in first aid, CPR, and safety procedures preferred
- Valid employment eligibility to work in Singapore
