Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding in-flight service, attend to passenger needs, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the flight.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure cabin readiness before each departure.
  • Perform safety checks of equipment and assist in emergencies following training and protocols.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, seating arrangements, and accessibility concerns.
  • Coordinate with crew and pilots to maintain safe, smooth, and timely operations.
  • Communicate clearly with diverse passengers; manage conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
  • Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and presentation of the cabin; support post-flight reports and duties.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years in flight attendant or hospitality/guest service roles; airline experience preferred.
  • Valid Cabin Crew certificate or relevant aviation license; current medical certificate.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; calm under pressure and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Physical fitness to meet duties: able to lift 15 kg, stand for extended periods, and work irregular hours.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Willingness to work across time zones, long-haul or regional flights, and flexible schedules.
  • CPR/First Aid certification and knowledge of emergency procedures.
