Responsibility
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort on all flights by following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, cabin preparation, and galleys setup to maintain a pristine guest environment.
- Deliver courteous, personalized service including meals, beverages, and amenities to meet diverse passenger needs.
- Make clear in-flight announcements, communicate effectively in multiple languages, and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
- Respond to in-flight emergencies calmly and confidently, coordinating with crew and pilots as needed.
- Collaborate with cockpit and ground staff to ensure smooth operations, timely boarding, and on-time departures.
- Maintain grooming, safety, and regulatory compliance with airline policies and local regulations.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; hospitality or aviation preferred.
- Valid Cabin Crew certificate or equivalent certification; first aid/CPR training required.
- Excellent physical fitness, with ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Fluent in English; second language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or other) highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; high emotional intelligence.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and travel internationally.
- Legal right to work in Singapore and willingness to relocate to the Singapore area if needed.
