Enshored Inc. is looking for a talented Flight Operations Specialist to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing flight plans, itineraries, and disruptions to ensure seamless travel operations in real-time.
Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage flight schedules and itineraries
- Handle and resolve flight disruptions and delays efficiently
- Communicate with airline partners and ground staff to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize GDS systems to optimize flight plans and bookings
- Monitor flight statuses and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
Qualification
- Previous experience in flight operations or travel management
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing flight operations
