Join NorthStar Franchise Partners, a premium franchising group driving strategic growth for leading consumer brands. We are seeking a motivated Franchise Development Manager to lead expansion initiatives in the New York market.
As a key member of our growth team, you will identify high-potential markets, evaluate franchise opportunities, and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable expansion. You will engage prospective franchisees, conduct rigorous due diligence, and partner with marketing and operations to optimize launch plans.
What you will do:
- Lead market analysis and opportunity screening to drive multi unit growth in the New York metro area
- Conduct due diligence, market research, financial modeling, and ROI analyses for prospective territories
- Develop and execute franchise sales plans, including pipeline management and partner recruitment
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations to launch new franchises with operational readiness
- Manage relationships with existing franchisees and support ongoing performance improvement
- Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Provide training and onboarding plans for new franchisees and their teams
- Monitor performance metrics, forecast growth, and report insights to senior leadership

Responsibility

Qualification
- Minimum 5 years in franchising, business development, or multi unit retail expansion.
- Proven track record of franchise sales and territory development in a major market.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and financial modeling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% to engage with prospects and partners.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and franchise management platforms.
- Self-starter with strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
