Northbridge Franchise Partners is seeking a proactive Franchise Development Manager to drive growth across our expanding network of franchise partners. This high-visibility role blends strategic market analysis, relationship building, and deal execution to scale a multi-brand franchise portfolio.
In this role you will partner with executive leadership to map growth strategies, identify target markets, and lead the end-to-end process to recruit and onboard top franchisees who share our values and performance standards.

Responsibility
- Identify and target new franchise markets through market data, competitive analysis, and deal sourcing
- Lead franchise sales cycles from introduction to signing and onboarding
- Develop and implement territory planning, pro forma modeling, and ROI analyses
- Collaborate with operations, legal, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and brand consistency
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects via events, referrals, and digital campaigns
- Negotiate franchise agreements, fees, and terms aligned with company objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching to franchise partners
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in franchise development, multiple-unit sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of closing franchise deals and achieving growth targets
- Strong market analysis, financial modeling, and ROI assessment skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with franchise operations, legal concepts, and compliance
- Proficiency with CRM systems, data-driven marketing, and project management
