Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify franchise prospects through targeted outreach, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Present compelling franchise opportunities, perform financial analyses, and guide buyers through the decision and implementation process.
  • Develop and execute a regional franchise development plan aligned with brand strategy and market opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, review disclosure documents, and coordinate with internal teams and counsel to finalize agreements.
  • Coach and support new and existing franchisees to optimize performance and unit economics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute multi-unit launch campaigns and recruitment events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements affecting franchising in Illinois.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in franchise development, sales, or operations; multi-unit experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets and contributing to top-line growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; investor-focused mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Experience with franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), brand standards, and onboarding processes.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Chicago metro area; eligible to work in the US.
