We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Development Manager to source and secure strategic franchise partnerships, guide candidates through the qualification process, and shape growth strategy.
In this role you will collaborate with executive leadership to target markets, manage the full franchise sales lifecycle, and ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for new franchisees.
Responsibility
- Identify and qualify target territories and high-potential franchise candidates.
- Manage end-to-end franchise sales cycle from outreach to agreement execution.
- Develop compelling business cases and present franchise opportunities to prospects and brokers.
- Lead negotiations on franchise fees, royalty structures, and contract terms.
- Maintain a robust CRM pipeline; forecast growth and report metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate inbound leads and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new franchisees.
Qualification
- 5+ years in franchise sales, development, or business development with a track record of closing multi-unit deals.
- Strong knowledge of franchise disclosure documents (FDD), legal terms, and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with prospects, brokers, and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
