You will work with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, manage the pipeline, and drive rapid, sustainable franchise growth while upholding our brand promises.

Responsibility

  • Identify and recruit qualified franchise partners in assigned territories, guiding them from initial inquiry to signed agreement.
  • Lead end to end franchise sales processes, including prospecting, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal negotiation.
  • Develop and execute territory expansion plans with clear milestones, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate high quality leads and optimize brand messaging for franchise audiences.
  • Provide onboarding and training support to new franchisees, ensuring rapid time-to-first-sale and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage relationships with multi unit operators, supporting ongoing success and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with franchise disclosure documents and requirements.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in franchise development, franchise sales, or business development, with a proven track record of closing franchise deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to manage pipelines and forecast growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
