Job description

John Clements is seeking a proactive Franchise Operations Support specialist to strengthen our SBA initiatives and drive global hotel performance. This temporary role partners with franchise operators, corporate teams, and distribution partners to resolve complex systems, revenue and distribution challenges. You will analyze data from multiple sources to identify gaps, surface actionable insights, and implement changes that improve occupancy, average daily rate, and market share across the franchise network. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment and can translate strategic goals into practical processes that deliver measurable results.

As a Franchise Operations Support professional, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across properties and markets. You will monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and help deploy new tools, policies, and standard operating procedures. Your work will involve partnering with hotel franchises, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution, accurate data reporting, and adherence to service level agreements. You will contribute to the development of dashboards and KPI tracking, support onboarding and training for franchise partners, and assist in scaling revenue management and distribution strategies to maximize profitability for the network.

Working in a global hospitality context, you will gain hands-on experience with PMS, CRS, and distribution platforms while championing data-driven decision making. Responsibility

  • Support franchise operations across SBA initiatives to optimize performance, revenue, and distribution.
  • Analyze hotel performance data, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Assist in revenue management and distribution strategies aligned with franchise goals.
  • Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards, performance metrics, and SLA tracking.
  • Support onboarding and training for franchise partners on systems and processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system implementation for the franchise network.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, revenue management, or franchise support.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Experience with PMS/CRS or distribution systems is a plus.
