As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalised service from arrival to departure. You will collaborate with multiple departments to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues with grace, and create a seamless guest journey that earns five-star feedback.

Responsibility

  • Greet guests and manage check in and check out with speed and accuracy in the PMS
  • Provide concierge level service, respond to inquiries, and upsell hotel amenities
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and engineering to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain guest records, secure payments and resolve billing questions with integrity
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly with empathy and professional courtesy
  • Assist with reservations, group bookings, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to uphold brand standards and service excellence

Qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years front desk or guest services experience in a hotel or luxury property
  • Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are a plus
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and POS systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred
