Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, accurate reservations, and exceptional guest interactions.
- Lead, coach, and schedule front desk agents to deliver consistent, personalized service.
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to hotel policies and security standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly with empathy, turning challenges into memorable experiences.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure rooms are ready and guest preferences are met.
- Monitor guest feedback and KPIs to uphold luxury service standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify upselling opportunities (upgrades, dining, spa) while preserving guest trust and satisfaction.
- Uphold safety, health, and data privacy policies and participate in emergency procedures as needed.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of front office or guest services experience in a luxury hotel or premium property.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems such as Opera and POS/CMS tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, or Korean) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.
